Bug - Loading Appears on White Page vs Current Site Theme #126

There is a loading page that appears between certain pages that is inconsistent with the site theme.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
Loading to be consistent with site theme. Possibly a popup.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 10 64 bit
- Browser: Edge
- Version Version 87.0.664.66
Additional context
This will strike the user as weird decreasing user experience and confidence. May seem small, but kind of important.
