Hello Raven Community!

I am excited to announce that Raven will be a partner project for FOSS Hack 2024!

FOSS Hack 2024 is the fourth edition of FOSS Hack, a hybrid hackathon designed to promote Free and Open Source Software by bringing together students and professionals to build or extend FOSS projects. Organized by the FOSS United Community, the event features a cash prize pool of 10 Lakhs.

About Partner Projects

The Partner Projects program is an effort to provide FOSS Hack participants with time and mentorship to be able to contribute to existing open-source projects. The programme features a few community FOSS projects and commercial open source projects, with some of their curated issues' list, from which a few could be your potential problem statements for FOSS Hack.

How to Contribute

An issue list has been curated in the Raven repo for FOSS Hack.

1. Go through the issue list and propose to work on the issues of your choice in the comments.
2. Once assigned an issue, register for FOSS Hack, enlist the project on your FOSS Hack dashboard, and start prepping.
3. Work on your commits during the hackathon hours and raise a PR by the end of the event.
