Can someone help me make my hover widgets expandable in size?

Hello,

I have some example code that renders a bunch of Hover widgets, each containing ANSI-encoded text of varying lengths, all docked to the top of the screen. I'm excited to have gotten this far, but I would also like to:

• have each widget have a default height of 1, unless it is mouse-clicked, in which case it should have enough height to show all of its content (and if clicked again, go back to height 1)
• show all widgets on the screen, with a vertical scrollbar on the right if there are so many that they cannot all be fit into the current screen height

Any ideas on how to do this? My example code requires additional libraries ansi and lorem in case someone wants to run it.
