Escape key freezes program

Hey,

when I press the escape key a couple of times, the program doesn't respond anymore. I'm using Textual 0.1.12 running in a GNU Screen session within an Alacritty terminal. TERM is set to "xterm".

My program source is very simple:

from rich.console import RenderableType
from textual.app import App
from textual.widget import Widget
from textual.widgets import Placeholder


class TextEntry(Widget):
    def render(self) -> RenderableType:
        return Align.left("> ", vertical="top")


class Nebuchad(App):
    def __init__(self, *args, **kwargs):
        super().__init__(*args, **kwargs)

        self.text_entry = TextEntry()

    async def on_mount(self) -> None:
        await self.bind("ctrl+q", "quit")

        await self.view.dock(Placeholder(), edge="left", size=20)
        await self.view.dock(self.text_entry, edge="bottom", size=5)
        await self.view.dock(Placeholder(), edge="top")


Nebuchad.run()

Any ideas why that might be happening?

Not at the moment. But its a known bug. Will fix that in the next version.
