[BUG] When highlighting keywords, rich mistakenly capture substrings

Describe the bug

RichHandler for logging highlights HTTP methods like GET, POST by default. But it mistakenly highlights the substrings in other words as well

@willmcgugan, the repository AI policy requires maintainer approval before an AI-assisted PR. Would you approve a narrowly scoped fix that adds word boundaries around the existing HTTP-method alternatives in HTTPHighlighter and a regression test proving methods are highlighted standalone but not inside words? If approved, I can submit it with the required AI disclosure, changelog, and contributor entry.
