Change the TerriaMap Footer: Data Attribution, Disclaimer and Basemap

Hi developers and users,

I am running a TerriaMap instance, and I would like to change the general footer information: Data Attribution, Disclaimer and Basemap and add more Attribution information when I need so. I wonder which config file I should tweak. Could someone point me to a direction to achieve my goal?
