Proxy sponsor registration error

Hello . The proxy sponsor request encounters an error, what should we do? And what solution do you have to get these beautiful Telegram services? We want to include our channel name on the proxies.

I have the same problem. I even tested with 6 different Telegram accounts. There was the same problem again. The proxy is healthy, but the ads cannot be activated.If there is a solution please let me know.
