And special thanks to @Seercat3160 for helping me test what was wrong and with figuring out the problem
Fix players joining before BlueMap is ready
Now all the players who join the server will also get their playerhead updated on the map once BlueMap has loaded fully!
There are some problems that arise when violently reloading BlueMap and this plugin simultaneously, so just don't do that.
Implemented caching!

you want more messages telling you what the plugin is up to.
- Set to
cacheHours: 72
- How long to keep the playerheads cached for. The lower this number, the faster skin changes will appear, but the more network usage there will be.
This is still fairly untested, so please tell me if there are any bugs or general things that don't work nicely!
