I've been using twrp with Cyanogenmod 10.1 (with encryption ON) without any issues.

When I updated TWRP to 2.6.3.1 and installed CM11 M2 snapshot, the decryption fails in TWRP even though the same password works in system. Also, the on screen TWRP keyboard doesn't register all key presses even though the alphabet is highlighted on screen.
