Youtube has enabled user-created clips from livestream recordings, essentially short (<60s) snippets from the video.

Clips are linked as https://youtube.com/clip/ followed by a 26-digit code, for example:
https://youtube.com/clip/Ugw1EBG_R0acfklUVE54AaABCQ

The link directs to the VOD recording of the livestream, but marks the timestamps for the beginning and end of the clip, and plays this snippet on repeat.

At the moment the corresponding Piped links only redirect to the full VOD recording, without marking the timestamps. For example https://piped.kavin.rocks/clip/Ugw1EBG_R0acfklUVE54AaABCQ will redirect to https://piped.kavin.rocks/watch?v=S8jD7rFf8_8
