how to prevent multiple freezes and data loss with ugly internet connexion

Steps to reproduce the bug

Just try to download a random youtube video

Be on a place where smartphone network is not optimal

Expected behavior

In a poor connection situation, download could be slow or be paused, or generate an error

But i always xan resume it

Actual behavior

I have very very hard and long freeze each time newpipe feel connection stopped

All the app is in "app don't response"

The mini window spawn every 20 secondes and sometimes, the download is still running but the gui is Frozen...

But in most cases, all app is freeze, and need to kill it..BUT there is not trace of download but the incomplete file in the rom

I have to researxh the link from youtube because nothing in history and download list vanished...

All version, all smartphone testes, since a lot of years ....
