As discussed on matrix:

An ACCESS_TOKEN is currently required so that changes in .github/workflows can be synced (Remove ACCESS_TOKEN #26)
It would be better if the app repo (NewPipe) is not permanently attached and we just keep the hash of the last build or something
For https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe-refactor-nightly there is currently a token in use that will expire in a year

Note: I also deleted the old dev branch since it's no longer needed. This should shrink the repo considerably.
