Some courses have a combined 'Pre- or corequisites' section (for example, STAT260) which means that (in addition to the edge case where a course has corequisites but no prerequisites, but I don't have an example for this) we cannot assume that the first section is always the prerequisites. This ticket is to refactor the way we parse and handle the different sections to account for these edge cases.
