🔨 Refactor 개요

일간 일정블록의 껍데기 역할을 하는 컴포넌트가 하위계획이 사라지고 + 그에 따른 모양 분기가 필요 없어졌으므로 이 부분을 수정한다
드래그앤 드랍 기능을 주입할 리스트 컴포넌트들을 제작한다
위 컴포넌트에서의 서버 연결 부분들을 제거한다

CommonDayPlanChip 컴포넌트 리팩토링
루틴, 미룰계획, 하루 계획 리스트 컴포넌트 셋업해두기
서버 연결 부분 제거
