Whisper is a great way to allow anyone to listen to as many bots as they want no matter where they are

Commands: .mbot mode "whisper"/"voice"
Commands: .mbot (un)sub <"channel">

Permissions: b_client_music_subscribe_power, b_client_needed_music_subscribe_power
