msys2 cmake version old

Hi all,
I've been working on MINGW64's rust package, and the Tea CI build fails almost immediately because rust needs a cmake version greater than or equal to 3.4.3, but the tea repo's greatest cmake version is 3.4.1. It would be awesome if you updated it.

Unfortunately we are blocking on msys2/MSYS2-packages#682 , which prevents me to update Tea CI repo.

It will take sometime to fix it, sorry for inconvenient. If anyone can jump into both cygwin and Wine and fix it that would be cool :) msys2/MSYS2-packages#682 (comment)
