  • I have read the README.md on the project homepage
  • I have checked if an identical issue or discussion already exists
  • I have tried downgrading to find version that can be used as a workaround

The problem

I am trying to get this working for my spouse. She is not the owner of the server - I am.

After I enter her Plex credentials, it pops up which server to pick. Owned and Unowned. The owned server listed I think is the Plex app on the Shield. I pick unowned.

Any idea on how to get past this?

Thank you so much

If it's unable to login, then it's unable to use it either.

You may have luck of doing plex-login with your user, edit the saved servers.yml, fill her token and use that

also, you said "reinstalling", reinstalling of what?
