Describe the bug
Minecraft 1.12.2
When having an ore washer with a full water thank and infinite water source hooked up. The Ore washer doesn’t start on its own.
My infinite water source is being pumped into the Ore washer via Extra Utilities 2 Flat Fluid Node

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place an Ore washer
  2. Place the flat fluid transfer node on side of choice on ore washer, and a infinite water source of choice directly adjacent to the node.
  3. Test washing an ore while filling, it should work as expected
  4. Wait for ore washer water tank to fill to max (15,000mb)
  5. exit ore washer inventory
  6. right click ore washer
  7. Test washing an ore with full water tank
  8. Ore does not wash
  9. grab empty bucket and take out some water directly from ore washer
  10. test washing ore while filling tank again
  11. Ore washes successfully
  12. repeat steps 4-8

Expected behavior
Ore washer washes ores irrespective if water tank is full so long as minimum water volume is reached
