Allure Report not getting generated #447

Followed all the steps from this repo but unable to generate the report. npm run allure is not working.
Initially I got 'allure is not recognised' error. Then I Installed allure-commandline and now I am getting 'The input line is too long.
The syntax of the command is incorrect.' error.

Could someone please help?

Note: I am able to see allure-results folder with jsons, csv, text, png and all the files related to my Test Execution.
