Request: Ability to manually point to Java path #61

My computer has different Java installations, with no "main" one. For each app I decide which version I want to use.

This causes TachiWeb to complain that no instalaltion is available.

It would be nice if in that message I were able to point to where my Java instalation is.

Would be a partial solution for #52
