the above link is not working. Would it be possible to host it elsewhere and re-update the link? Thanks

I think the link should be changed to
http://travis.nd.ax/TachiWeb/TachiWeb-Server/latest/server.jar
This links to the latest server.jar

if you are in arch use

pacman -Syyu jdk8-opoenjdk

and

sudo pacman -S jre-openjdk

it worked for me fine
