Ctrl + A to select all tables, only selects tables in view

1. Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0):
   MariaDB 10.4

2. Which TablePlus build number are you using (the number on the welcome screen, Ex: build 81):
   Build 128

3. The steps to reproduce this issue:

• Connect to server
• Select database
• Select 1 table and press Ctrl + A to select all tables.
• Scroll down and you will see that the rest of the tables are not selected

There is a workaround.
If you scroll down, hold the ctrl key while selecting the first 'not-selected' table and press
CTRL + A again to select more tables.
