autosprite2 shader breaking models in Quake 3 #658

Every time i use a autosprite2 shader on a model or a patch, it breaks the geometry. It only works properly on brushes.
This issue might be exclusive to Quake 3 Arena, I'm not sure. Would really like to find out why it does that and if there is any way to fix it.

This is either an ASE issue or something with how Q3Map2 reads ASE files when compiling. It works fine with ASE files converted to MD3.
