HPC / Cluster services at the LUIS

I'm not sure this is specific enough to teach a specific technique. HPC workflows could involve coding in FORTRAN, or we could be teaching people how to invoke python -m bohrium from a slurm job. Maybe for scientists, we should try to get people to start thinking about how to make good glue code?

I'm sure it will get more specific once the LUIS team adds the details they had in mind. I was just creating & CC-ing them in the last minute of a meeting ;-)

This could for example be a general presentation of LUIS's HPC services first, and then spawn have more specific events later.
