Did you set your machine ids? ApECID, MLB, ROM, SystemSerialNumber and SystemUUID

DO NOT use the provided ones in a previous commit. Those values should be unique for each machine (otherwise iMessage and others will fail). Read the OC documentation on how to generate them.

What OS are you trying to install and what's your BIOS version?

I am trying to install monterey 12.6.5 and my BIOS is N01 Ver. 02.20

I have set my machine IDs in config.plist but have not yet been able to boot into macOs, when I try to load into it, it shows an Apple logo and then crashes and restarts and does the whole thing again

Upgrade your BIOS to N21 Ver. 02.56 04/08/2022 (you can get specific versions at the HP website) and make sure to reset it and configure it as shown on the readme.

You may also try this specific version: https://github.com/TCB13/HP-EliteDesk-800-G2-DM-Hackintosh/tree/5050c749dc060cc72fc313dad742674b1e959e47
