Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Short term solution to spike investigation from #491.
The goal is to provide the immediate functionality that can potentially be improved upon in the future if and when the long term solution is desired and planned for.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use visibility: hidden (for accessibility reasons) on something like .mirador-window .mirador-primary-window .mirador-osd-container to hide the bottom navigation overlay.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Long term solution is to implement the configurability and possibly the ability to detect the number of pages and conditionally show this banner.

The upstream issues show interest:
