Record Project Long Title

Presently, the "Project Long Title" from Maestro is not used as the dc.title. Instead, the Dimensions "Title" is used as dc.title.
Change this behavior to start using both.
Maestro "Project Long Title" goes to dc.title.project.
Dimensions "Title" goes to dc.title.dataset.

Need to change the rendering of these titles appropriately on the item display - see another card for discussion.
