Astrohaven Inno setup file

I own a Astrohaven dome and would love to have an ASCOM driver for it. I saw this program on GITHUB and thought it might do the job of opening and closing my observatory. I got tangled up with the first step of using Inno Setup to run the Astrohaven Dome Setup file AstroHaven.Dome Setup.iss. When I hit “run” it got hung up at “Line 15: Minimum NT version specified by MinVersion must be at least 6.0. (Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003 are no longer supported)”

I am not a programmer, and today was my first day using GITHUB in order to access this program. Any help in updating this program would be appreciated.
