Turn Off Video or set compression

I've been trying to turn off video for the synpress run or set the default compression.

In the Synpress.json there is a videoCompression: false which doesn't seem to be read - video compression in the run shows 32 CRF.

I also tried to put in the Cypress.json, not being read at startup either.

Main reason I'm getting an compression error:
Error: ffmpeg exited with code 1: Error initializing output stream 0:0 -- Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height Conversion failed!
The first run of a simple test works - every test after fails due to above error.

Found the issue - cannot have the view port size too large or larger than what is set in the synpress.json.
