Extensions SDK - custom panels / tabs support #284

An extension that will allow user to export the data from dashboard as an image, but will provide a variety of customisations like:

Add gradient background / tab window header (something that https://screely.com/ offers)
Reorganise chart / overview, maybe add some styling options
