[Feature Request] Add author/artist camp for mangaupdates and myanimelist

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

When searching for manga on mangaupdates or myanimelist, the author/artist doesn't show, only Type, Year, Status (which isn't even working) and Description for MangaUpdates and Type, Date (which isn't even working), Status and Description for MyAnimeList.
I think that both of them should also have the author/artist showing up

MyAnimeList would need only a single row for author because it doesn't have a separate one for the artist
MangaUpdates would need two rows, one for the author and one for the artist
It would be really interesting to see the Status working for MangaUpdated and the Date working for MyAnimeList too
