Create a way to have AI tool generate a block of questions dynamically

E.g., suppose you want to add a "screener" section to the interview. It should be possible to describe the rule and have OpenAI create a few screens that implement the questions to decide if the rule applies, instead of falling back on the "add field" button one at a time for each new group of related questions that isn't directly represented on the form.

Similarly, you might want to expand a checkbox into a series of smaller questions. Perhaps a button to let you edit a field and replace it with multiple fields?
