Instead of creating and assigning a physics material, what you do is enter the properties (that used to be in the material) directly into the collider's properties.
Static Friction --> Friction
Dynamic Friction --> (removed, since not not supported by Jolt physics (jrouwe/JoltPhysics#237)
Bounciness --> Restitution
