Desktop integration

This project is awesome, thank you so much for bringing this along.

I'm wondering if I could even integrate that into my desktop such that any PDF gets opened in S-PDF when I double-click it. It should be achievable, I think, to tell the desktop to open PDFs in a browser by prefixing the filename with the URL of S-PDF with some extra arguments so that S-PDF opens that file in the browser.

Or maybe other approaches might be nice too. In my case, it's Linux, not sure about other desktop OSes.
