Add "wet" signature to multiple pages at once.

Hi there, first off thanks for an awesome product!
Is there a way or would it be possible to add as a feature the ability to add an initial or signature to each and every page in a PDF. I know there are solutions out there such as Adobe Sign but these require you to add this as part of your workflow when creating the PDF. Unfortunately, this is not always in our control so often we get 100 to 200 page PDFs where we have to insert the "wet" signature (where you click fill or sign and then click your signature and then click again in the right location) on each and every page. This is fine for small PDFs but you can imagine what your wrist feels like after doing 100 pages.
