Describe the bug
When using Render deployment for Spoke, the server goes cold and it takes an unreasonable amount of time to warm up.

In order to fix this, we need to create a Cron job to keep the server warm

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch a Render Application
Try to sign in and create a new campaign the next morning.
It takes forever!

Expected behavior
I would expect the software to be ready and available whenever our people are ready to work.
