[feat]: Easily Accessible "Erase All Data" in the UI

Describe the Feature Request

I would like an easily accessible "Erase All Data" option within the StartOS UI.

Describe the Use Case

Users will have quick access to the "Erase All Data" option alongside other management related options. Some users might prefer to erase all services and their data while maintaining the current install of StartOS. This could also be useful when troubleshooting issues or simply wanting to set up the device as if it were new.

Describe Preferred Solution

The suggested location for this new functionality is under the "Manage" sub-menu in the "System" menu of the StartOS UI. The "Manage" sub-menu is where I expect to find options related to managing the most important system configurations and other advanced settings. By placing the new feature here, you are maintaining the current organization and making it easier for users to find.

Describe Alternatives

Currently, users have to reflash StartOS to a USB drive in order to reinstall the operating system on the device.
