Add testnet option

Would be really nice to run on testnet, this way as developers we can test anything we wanted without using real coins on mainnet.

We have some plans to show Start9 to new users and this is crucial for newcomers to try the software and having a first time experience with the OS.

This is an open feature request in the Bitcoin wrapper repository. Please keep in mind that StartOS is a general purpose Linux distribution for servers, and keep discussion to the relevant software repos.
