Add exporting Data Cache metrics to prometheus /metrics endpoint on CN

Feature request

Currently to get data cache stats metrics, we need to have a custom side car, scraping "/api/datacache/stat" endpoint and scraping prometheus metrics from it instead of just scraping CN

Describe the solution you'd like
Export all metrics from this endpoint to prometheus metrics endpoint. Status field can be a tag for these metrics.
For example:

data_cache_mem_quota_bytes {status="NORMAL", ...} 253671505920
....
