Any plans to support events?

Hi there. Great work on the component ;)

I am thinking about using it in one of my projects, but I need a way to detect afterChange event, when the slider has stopped transitioning from one slide to another. Any plans to support that? Would you accept a PR for something like this?

Atm I won't be adding new features like that, but I would gladly accept PR for it.

Tbh I want to rewrite this component, but maintaining something like a slider library can be really time consuming. That's why I haven't done it so far.
