Out of memory on large paste

If you select this file and paste it into chat then spring crashes with "out of memory".

I can manually add 2000 lines of text to a channel and the lua memory usage is only around 12MB. FPS while looking at this channel is around 15 but it rises to 100 when in a different channel.
