Description

(Submitted on behalf of North Point Ministries) While this might be considered a feature request, it is a place where Next-Gen check-in does not offer feature parity with the previous Check-In. Original Check-In would only show people on the Person Select screen who were eligible for check-in. Next-Gen offers limiting it to only Adults or only Children, but there is no option to only display those eligible for Check-In. In particular, kiosks that are configured only for preschool and elementary kids have no way to NOT show MS/HS kids and avoid the "Not Eligible" message.

Actual Behavior

Display can be limited to Children but teens are still display with a not eligible message even though they are intentionally excluded from the kiosk.

Expected Behavior

While the current features are a big improvement, I would expect an option which allowed it to behave as the original check-in and only display people eligible to check-in at the kiosk.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Choose a kiosk setup which only has Preschool and Elementary available for check-in
  • Choose a family with teenagers and elementary kids
  • All children are shown even if they are not eligible because of the selections (they may be eligible on another kiosk in the student area).

Issue Confirmation

  • Perform a search on the Github Issues to see if your bug or enhancement is already reported.
  • Reproduced the problem on a fresh install or on the demo site.
