Inactive Schedules Still Selectable from Group Attendance Detail Block

Description

If a schedule is inactive, you are still able to select it as an option from the Group Attendance Detail Block.

Actual Behavior

Inactive Schedules are able to be selected from the Group Attendance Detail Block.

Expected Behavior

Inactive Schedules should not be able to be selected from the Group Attendance Detail Block.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a schedule and make it inactive.
• From a Group (like Greeters), edit the group and add that schedule to the meeting details.
• Go to the Group Attendance page https://rockrmslatest.com/group/57/attendance
• Add a new Occurrence, set the date to match the schedule and see that you can select your schedule you created that is also inactive.

Issue Confirmation

• Perform a search on the Github Issues to see if your bug or enhancement is already reported.
• Reproduced the problem on a fresh install or on the demo site.
