Description

There is a minor UI issue with the new Obsidian Note Watch Detail Block. When you go to select the Watcher Person, and you hover over and then select the "Select Self" option, the Select Self Tooltip appears, but never goes away.

Actual Behavior

Select Self Tooltip does not disappear.

Expected Behavior

Select Self Tooltip should disappear.
