This project aims to modify the demographics of the AGN mock catalogue built using DM only simulations. The merger-triggered AGN that are found in excess in close pairs are accounted for in this study.
The 0x.__.ipynb notebooks demonstrate the proof of concept and the outputs are complied into the python 00x.__.py scrits for running over the all-sky simulation. The functions/methods used in all the scripts and notebooks are present in the /imported_files directory. Each imported __.py file has an assembly of functions that serve a common theme.
