Enhancement request: TAPI plugin settings to show which ones allow for incoming/outgoing call capability

Instead of the current display that shows:

(blank column heading)	(blank column heading)
x	Tapi provider#1
x	Tapi provider#2

Maybe you could put two checkboxes after each provider, one to check to monitor incoming calls and another to monitor for outgoing calls, whichever capabilities the TSP reports it can do:

Provider Name	Incoming	Outgoing
Tapi provider#1	X	X
Tapi provider#2	X	X
