Broken profile silhouette after deleting image from pod

If you delete the profile picture from the pod, instead of the "Edit Heading" prompt, it will leave over a broken silhouette link instead of rendering a place holder. Look for reference above.

If you remove the profile picture directly from the "Edit Heading" prompt, it will leave the silhouette in the place holder as its supposed to.

hmm... @chunt007 did you delete the image from your images folder, but perhaps not the data pointing to the image in your profile card? Want to be sure so I know how to code it. There's a chance I fixed this unintentially because of another bug I found but the code isn't on the test server as of yet.
