Expected Behavior

You have to download a homework first. "Оцени домашното" button should be locked or disabled before that.

Actual Behavior

You can rate a homework without downloading it.

Steps to Reproduce

This was found on JS Core May 2018 module page, JS Apps course, Exercise: Templating
