Development for the media downloading features

Here's the development branch (52f51fa) that I've been having problems with. It was actually with NSURLSession, sorry for the confusion!

I genuinely have zero idea what's causing this to function so weirdly, and I've spent too many hours troubleshooting already lol.

tl;dr:

• The downloadFileWithURL method gets called more than once (for some reason)
• The method sometimes succeeds, but most times errors and leaves the downloading hud on screen

ah, i think i know the issue

for some reason, iOS will call the gesture recognizer multiple times if you slightly move your finger (i think)

im not really a tweak/app dev, so the workaround i've been using is to make a new BOOL isDownloading property in the class being hooked, then only proceed in handleLongPress: if it's false and immediately set it to true so successive calls dont actually do anything

this might work here, and if you need any help, just ping me again, i might open a PR if needed

it worked for my other tweak. i'll see if i have time today to implement it here and open a pr
