I am trying to use Snapdrop. The first time I used it, it worked flawlessly. The second time I tried using it was pissing me off because it had worked recently. I tried refreshing the page, deleting my history, deleting cookies, and nothing worked until I tried opening it in an icognito tab as a last ditch effort and it worked. Can anyone explain what is going on, if there's a fix, or if I am doing something wrong in the non-incognito tab.

Could you check whether you have another tab open? If so, please close all other tabs. Also, which kinds of devices and browsers are you using it with?

Hey thanks for commenting. No I did not have other tabs open. I actually closed the tab I was originally using to open an incognito tab and that worked for some reason.
